The hike is generally considered moderate. The trails are well-maintained, but there can be uneven terrain. A basic level of fitness is recommended, but the tour can be adjusted to accommodate different fitness levels.
There are basic restroom facilities at the park entrance and at certain points along the trail. Your guide can provide more specific information during the tour.
