1. How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our office. We do not accept cancellations by phone or verbal requests.

2. Refund Rules

  • Individual services (tours, shuttles, transportation): No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed pickup time.
  • Group tours: No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date.

If your cancellation request meets the requirements above, we will process the refund or credit the prepaid amount accordingly.

3. Changes, Delays, and Force Majeure

Pleasure Ride Costa Rica may reschedule, modify, or cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, natural events, safety concerns, or government regulations.

When feasible, we will offer an alternative, reschedule option, or credit.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note: some processing fees (charged by card networks or payment processors) may be non-refundable.

5. Payment Processing & Statement Descriptor

Online payments booked through this website are processed securely via Stripe.
