  • Sunday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

2. About Pleasure Ride

Pleasure Ride Costa Rica is a tour operator and transportation provider specializing in private transportation, shared shuttles, tours, excursions, and authentic travel experiences along Costa Rica’s Caribbean Coast.

We are a locally based company committed to professionalism, sustainability, community support, and fair employment. Our services are designed to provide genuine, high-quality experiences while respecting local culture and the environment.

3. Services Offered

Pleasure Ride offers, but is not limited to:

  • Private transportation services
  • Shared shuttle services
  • Tours and excursions
  • Custom travel experiences
  • Tourism-related services in Costa Rica

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, road conditions, and operational factors.

4. Reservations

  • All reservations must be submitted in writing (via website or email).
  • Verbal reservations are not accepted.
  • Reservation confirmations are issued within 48 hours.
  • Once confirmed, a voucher will be sent including pickup times, pickup location, service details, and any relevant travel instructions.

5. Payments & Merchant of Record

Payments for services booked through this website are processed securely via Stripe.

Pleasure Ride Costa Rica does not store or process credit card information directly.

Credit Card Statement Descriptor

When you complete a payment, your credit card or bank statement will display the charge as:

This is normal and expected, as Caribbean Connect Solutions LLC acts as Merchant of Record for online transactions.

6. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in USD, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary depending on service, route, group size, season, and availability.
  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be disclosed at checkout.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Phone or verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Refund Rules

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed pickup time for individual services.
  • Group tours: No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date.

When cancellations comply with the above policy, any prepaid amount will be credited accordingly. If you have questions regarding cancellations, please contact our operations team at info@pleasureridecostarica.com.

8. Changes & Force Majeure

Pleasure Ride reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural events, road closures, safety concerns, and government regulations. In such cases, reasonable alternatives or credits may be offered when possible.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Participation in tours, transportation, and activities involves inherent risks.
  • Pleasure Ride is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, delays, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our direct control.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Arrive on time at pickup locations
  • Follow safety instructions provided by staff
  • Behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the community

Failure to comply may result in service refusal without refund.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Payment information is securely processed by Stripe and is not stored by Pleasure Ride.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from services provided by Pleasure Ride Costa Rica shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or purchasing any service through Pleasure Ride Costa Rica, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
